October Family Camp

Last day to register is October 18. Our first family campout of the year is here! We hope you are as excited as we are to share this beautiful October weather outside and have some Halloween fun. We will be camping at WWCC on the Weeki Wachee river for Friday – Sunday. Pre-registration is required. Register here: [Registration closed]

Saturday we will also have our annual Tent Or Treat event. Each den will be decorating their trick or treating station; please reach out to your Den Leader with any questions or info on what supplies the den needs. Campers and siblings are welcome to bring a costume to wear for the evening.

Unique to this campout is also the option for our Bears, Webelos, and AOL Dens (third through fifth grade) to bunk together in A/C’s cabins for the weekend. During registration you will be able to indicate whether your Cub Scout will be cabin camping or tent camping with his/her family. Boys and girls will bunk in their own separate cabins and areas. Due to BSA youth protection requirements, any siblings attending the camp outside of these grades will need to tent camp with their attending adults.

The Camp FAQ will be sent out to families this week. If you need to borrow a Pack loaner tent for this event, please email committee@thegreatpack7.com with the number of campers that will be sleeping in the tent.
